Type of practice:
1. PROBLEM IDENTIFICATION; 1.1. Defining the problem, its extent and causes: The IA defines the problem in a clear and concrete way using an evidence based approach like it can be seen on the various data and diagrams which are provided to explain the current situation. Furthermore it sets out the scale of the problem and identifies the affected stakeholders. The underlying causes are identified both in the micro and macro-prudential area and the whole problem for both areas is then visualized in two problem trees linking the problem drivers, the problems and finally the general problems.
