Why

4. IMPACT ANALYSIS; 4.3. Assessment of impacts: Quantitative analysis: This Impact Assessment provides a good mix of qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze the specific options. Furthermore this is done in a short and concrete manner which makes the whole section very understandable, clear and although it is that short very detailed. The foundation of the quantitative analysis in this report is the report made by Pricewaterhousecoopers, meaning the PWC study about the GMES benefits and costs. For every option we can find a cost-benefit assessment at the end of the analysis of the individual option. The costs and benefits have been quantified here using a sensitivity analysis and the (Net) Present Values. More details about the individual methods and tools used can be found in the Annex IV of this report.
